How to Participate 

Matchday General Admission Giveaway 

The table below outlines the tickets available for fans to win and the competition run dates for each of the matches. 3x fans will win a pair of tickets to an Atletico de Madrid home match and 1x fan will win a signed shirt. One entry per person per match week. 

1. Visit https://kraken-partnerships.com/atleticodemadridticketgiveaway 

2. Click on the relevant prize creative dependant on if you want to win the signed shirt or matchday tickets. 

3. Sign up to a Kraken account using the promotional code “ATLETITICKETS” for the matchday ticket prize or “ATLETISHIRT” for the signed shirt prize. 

Grand Prize Giveaway 

1. Visit https://kraken-partnerships.com/atleticodemadridticketgiveaway 

2. Click on the relevant prize creative dependant on if you want to win the signed shirt or matchday tickets. 

3. Sign up to a Kraken account using the promotional code “ATLETITICKETS” for the matchday ticket prize or “ATLETISHIRT” for the signed shirt prize. 

4. Trade €1 or $1 within your Kraken account between: 

1. 00:01 BST on the 15 September 2025 and 23:59 GMT on the 15 December 2025 for the game against Mallorca CF on 25^th January 2026. 

2. Enter between 00:00 GMT on the 16 December 2026 and 23:59 BST on the 26 April 2026 for the game against Girona FC on 17^th May 2026.  

Free Alternative Method of Entry (Grand Prize only) 
To enter without purchase, mail a postcard with your full name, date of birth, email address associated with your Kraken account, and a statement that says: “Please enter me in the Atletico Madrid Grand Prize Giveaway” to:

Determination of Winners 

Winners will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries. 
For Matchday Giveaways, winners will be selected for each game on the dates outlined in the above table. 
For the Grand Prize Giveaway, 1x winner will be selected on 15^th December 2025 and 1x winner will be selected on April 26^th 2026 

If a selected winner resides in Canada (outside of Quebec), the winner will be required to correctly answer a time-limited, skill-based test question administered via web form to receive the prize

Matchday Prize 

• 3 individual winners will win 2x General Admission tickets to Atletico Madrid home match 

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): €100 

• 1 individual winner will win 1x sign Atletico de Madrid shirt.

Grand Prize 

• 2 winners will receive 4x VIP box tickets to an Atletico Madrid match 

• Player meet & greet 

• Return economy flights 

• 2 nights’ accommodation

• ARV: €1,000 

• Number of Winners: 2 total 

All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Kraken reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 

Eligibility to Participate in the Giveaway 

You are eligible to participate if, at the time of entry and during the Promotion Period, you: 

• Reside in one of the Eligible Areas 
   
   

• Are at least 18 years of age 
   
   

• Are not a Kraken Related Party (defined below) 
   
   

• Have a verified Kraken Consumer Account 
   
   

• Meet the participation requirements listed above 
   
   

You are NOT eligible if you are: 

• An employee, officer, director, manager, agent, consultant, or representative of Kraken 
   
   

• A family member or household member of the foregoing 
   
   

• A corporate partner, affiliate, or agency of Kraken 

By submitting your entry to the Promotion, you represent and warrant that you meet, and will continue to meet throughout the Promotion Period, each of the above criteria and are eligible to participate in the Promotion. 

If winners reside in Canada, the winner will be required to correctly answer a skill-based test question within a time-limited period in order to receive the prize. The question will be administered via web form. If you fail to correctly answer the skill-based test question within a time-limited period, you will be disqualified, and Kraken will randomly select an alternate winner. 
 
 

Notification of Winner 

The winner will be notified via any means of communication provided by the participant, which may include direct message on social media accounts and / or email. The winner will be required to provide sufficient information to deliver any prize awarded. The recipient of any prize acknowledges and agrees that they may be required to submit additional documentation to be eligible to receive a prize. Upon confirmation of the winner’s compliance with these Rules, the prize will be made available to the winner. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours of any communication, refuses the prize, or fails to provide any information or documentation requested by Kraken, the winner may be disqualified by Kraken without further notice and an alternate winner selected. 

Travel and Expenses 

For the matchday prize, the winner shall be solely responsible for all associated costs and expenses, including but not limited to transportation, airfare, accommodation, meals, travel documents (such as passports and visas), insurance, and any other incidental costs. Unless expressly stated in these Official Rules, Kraken will not provide or reimburse any travel or related expenses.  

For the Grand Prize, Kraken will cover transportation, airfare and accommodation up to a cost of $820 per person.  

Consents and Approvals 

By entering the Promotion, you agree that any content and any other information submitted by you or collected by Kraken in connection with the Promotion may be used by Kraken, including their affiliated business entities. Further, you consent to and opt-in to any communications, including marketing communications, from Kraken. You give consent for Kraken and its agents to obtain and deliver your name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Promotion and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and rules. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF YOU ARE A WINNER, YOUR IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS, MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES TO FACILITATE THE PROMOTION AND COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAW, TAX, AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Rules, Kraken will use personal information collected in connection with the Promotion in accordance with its online privacy policy located at https://kraken.com/legal/privacy.  

Disqualification 

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these rules or Kraken’s Terms of Service, or who act in a manner Kraken deems harmful, fraudulent, or abusive. 

Limitation of Liability, Disputes, and Governing Law 

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to and hereby do release and hold harmless Kraken and the Promotion Related Parties from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (collectively, “Claims”) that may arise from your acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or your participation in this Promotion, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter. 

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN, OR THE KRAKEN RELATED PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, (IF ANY), NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND YOU HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. 

Any dispute arising under or related hereto (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct or otherwise) will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without reference to its conflicts of law principles. By participating in this Promotion, you agree that any dispute arising from or relating to this Promotion shall be determined by confidential binding arbitration only in London, England, by and under the LCIA rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these rules is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these rules otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.  

General Rules 

Kraken reserves the right to modify these Rules in any way or at any time. Kraken reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Promotion should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Participation. In the event of cancellation or suspension, Kraken shall promptly post a notice on its website to such effect. Failure to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Kraken’s decisions will be final in all matters relating to the Promotion. You waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Rules.  The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, Kraken reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and unilaterally select winners from eligible submissions received prior to cancellation, modification, or suspension or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Kraken.
